工作内容 ：
1、销售业务管理 根据客户需求与公司营运流程，接收并管理客户订单，跟踪采购、计划、库存、发货执行、客户资信与回款等，完成销售服务；
2、客户关系管理 根据公司业务发展需要，以各种形式加强与客户的沟通；建立长期、良好、稳固的关系；
3、销售信息及回款管理 根据公司业务发展需要及市场特点，收集产品市场行情变化及重点竞争对手的销售策略、市场策略等信息，保证销售信息的及时性、准确性和完整性；收集信息、评估客户资信及对公司的重要程度，确保应收帐款处于正常范围；
4、市场开发 根据公司业务发展战略及销售部门的经营目标，了解客户需求动态，挖掘潜在客户，并对客户开发情况进行跟踪；
5、团队管理 有效管理团队下属人员，积极开展团队建设。
任职要求：
1、30周岁以上，大学以上文化程度，工科背景或管理类专业；
2、3年以上煤炭、焦碳及铁矿石销售经验，有同类企业高管经历优先考虑；
3、与铁路运输部门／海运部门有合作经验；
4、与煤炭、焦碳及铁矿石行业上下游企业有关系渠道；
5、熟悉煤炭、焦碳及铁矿石行业上下游客户及所属行业的运作模式、特点及流程；
6、开拓进取，敢于承担销售额以及拓展客户的压力；
7、有良好的职业操守与责任心；较强的公关能力，观察能力和应变能力，善于组织、协调和利用各种资源；具有出色的人际关系处理技巧；
8、能够接受经常出差及国外出差
· 负责煤炭矿石进出口业务，对外、对内联络原料进口业务，向国内、国外推广和销售公司产品；
· 按外贸要求传递相关的客户要求,制作和办理各种结汇所需单据；
· 负责信息调研、搜集、整理，包括市场信息、客户信息、合作伙伴信息等；
· 负责与货代公司，报关行等接洽单位客户关系维护与协调。
职位要求：
1) 3年以上相关工作经验；
2) 国际贸易、英语、市场营销等相关专业，本科或以上学历；
3) 通过cet-4，具备优秀的听、说、读、写能力；
4) 熟练掌握常用办公软件如ms office (word、excel、ppt等)；5) 25-35岁，熟悉进出口业务流程，具备优秀的沟通能力，谈判能力，协调能力、执行能力；优先条件：具有煤炭行业从业经历着优先。
