Shanghai, April 7, 2025 — On the occasion of their 20th anniversary of partnership, Xinran Group and its strategic partner in Sri Lanka, D&M Technologies (hereinafter referred to as “D&M”), jointly reflected on their journey and outlined future plans. Since establishing an agency partnership in 2005, Xinran, through technological innovation and efficient services, has worked closely with D&M to deepen their presence in Sri Lanka and South Asia, setting a benchmark for collaboration in the industrial equipment sector.

In 2005, Xinran Group entered the Sri Lankan market by forging a strategic partnership with D&M Technologies, starting with compressor products. As a leading industrial equipment supplier in Sri Lanka, D&M leveraged its deep understanding of the local market to drive the widespread adoption of Xinran’s high-end equipment, including compressors, vacuum pumps, and blowers, across energy, manufacturing, and infrastructure sectors. Over two decades, their collaborative projects have spanned national-level initiatives such as the Colombo Port Expansion and Hambantota Industrial Zone development, delivering over 1,000 units of equipment and securing a top-tier market share.

Through close cooperation, Xinran and D&M established a comprehensive system covering sales, technical support, and after-sales services. 技术赋能，助力本土化创新
面对斯里兰卡市场对节能环保装备的需求升级，信然与D&M联合推出多款定制化解决方案。例如，针对当地电力供应不稳定的痛点，双方开发了低功耗变频压缩机，能耗较传统机型降低30%，并适配太阳能混合动力系统，受到制造业客户的高度认可。此外，信然派驻技术团队常驻科伦坡，与D&M联合建立培训中心，累计为当地培养超200名专业技术人才，推动本土化服务能力提升。
Responding to Sri Lanka’s growing demand for energy-efficient and eco-friendly equipment, Xinran and D&M jointly developed customized solutions. For instance, addressing the challenge of unstable power supply, they introduced low-energy-consumption variable-frequency compressors, which reduce energy use by 30% compared to traditional models and integrate with solar hybrid power systems, earning high praise from manufacturing clients. Additionally, Xinran stationed technical teams in Colombo and co-established a training center with D&M, cultivating over 200 local professionals and enhancing localized service capabilities.
在合作模式上，双方还探索了“联合研发+本地化生产”的新路径。2023年，信然与D&M在科伦坡合资设立组装工厂，实现部分核心部件的本地化生产，进一步缩短交付周期并降低成本。这一举措不仅强化了供应链韧性，还为斯里兰卡创造了近百个就业岗位。
The partners also pioneered a “joint R&D + localized production” model. In 2023, they launched a joint assembly plant in Colombo, enabling localized production of core components, shortening delivery times, and reducing costs. This initiative not only strengthened supply chain resilience but also created nearly 100 local jobs.
面向未来，深化绿色与智能化合作
以二十周年为新起点，信然与D&M宣布将合作范围扩展至绿色能源与智能装备领域。未来三年，双方计划在斯里兰卡推广氢能压缩机及碳捕集设备，助力该国实现2030年碳中和目标。同时，依托信然自主研发的AIoT智能运维平台，双方将为客户提供实时设备监控与预测性维护服务，推动工业运维数字化转型。
Marking the 20th anniversary as a new starting point, Xinran and D&M announced plans to expand collaboration into green energy and smart equipment. Over the next three years, the two parties will promote hydrogen compressors and carbon capture devices in Sri Lanka, supporting the country’s 2030 carbon neutrality goals. Furthermore, leveraging Xinran’s proprietary AIoT-powered smart operation platform, they will offer real-time equipment monitoring and predictive maintenance services to accelerate digital transformation in industrial operations.

During the anniversary celebrations, the partners released the White Paper on Industrial Sustainable Development in South Asia*, advocating for low-carbon regional growth through technological innovation and industrial synergy. The initiative received endorsement from Sri Lanka’s Ministry of Industry and multiple industry associations.
